Sal Conigliaro

Sal Conigliaro is an experienced civil engineer and public works professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an Associate at Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. since July 2015, Sal also holds the position of Public Works Director with the City of Sterling Heights since 1991.
