Linda Biagi Mpa

Linda Biagi, MPA has extensive experience in program and project management within the public sector, specifically in the areas of technology and emergency communications. In their current role at the City of Stockton, Linda oversees the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, ensuring alignment with City Council goals. Prior to this, Linda successfully managed the implementation of software for tracking technology projects citywide. Linda also has experience at the Sacramento Regional Fire Emergency Communications Center where Linda led projects focused on risk assessment and communications. Linda holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
