Grant Lloyd

Grant Lloyd currently serves as the Tahlequah City Attorney since February 2017 and is the Managing Partner at Lloyd Legal PLLC since September 2016. Previously, Grant Lloyd held the position of Assistant City Attorney III in the Litigation Division for the City of Tulsa, providing civil legal defense and assisting with union contract negotiations. Additional experience includes working as an Associate at Richards & Connor PLLP, focusing on medical malpractice defense and family law, and serving as an Associate Attorney at James R. Gotwals and Associates, Inc., where responsibilities spanned general civil law practice, case management, and active court participation. Earlier roles included a legal internship and a judicial internship, both enhancing legal research and procedural knowledge. Grant Lloyd holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Political Science from Oklahoma State University.
