Angela Canady Hendrieth

Angela Canady Hendrieth serves as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion for the City of Tallahassee, a position held since 2004, where responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the city. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Equity and Workforce Development and Workforce Development Coordinator at Convergys from 2003 to 2004, and Lead Instructional Designer at the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles from 1992 to 2003. Angela Canady Hendrieth also has a background as a Management Consultant at the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services from 1982 to 1992 and began career as a Public Information Specialist. Angela Canady Hendrieth earned a B.S. in Journalism from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Further education includes attendance at Florida State University.
