David Heino

David Heino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in home inspection, water and sewer management, and various aspects of the construction and real estate industries. Currently serving as a Certified Professional Home Inspector at Siberian Home Inspections since May 2012, David prioritizes client safety in home investment decisions. David has held the position of Taylor Water and Sewer Commissioner since January 2010, where responsibilities included chairing the Water and Sewer Commission from 2011 to 2016 and advising the city council and mayor on departmental issues.
