Charles "Chuck" Seest has extensive experience in financial management and project oversight, currently serving as the Thornton Water Project Support Manager at the City of Thornton, Colorado, since July 2010. In this role, Seest is responsible for financial and accounting systems related to the multi-year $560 million Thornton Water Project, which involves constructing a 70+ mile pipeline to supply water to the city's residents and businesses. Previously, Seest held the position of Finance Director at both the City of Thornton and the City of Fort Collins, contributing to various economic development initiatives. Seest earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Biola University between 1984 and 1988.
