Leena Binning

Leena Binning is an experienced professional in learning management systems and organizational development, currently serving as the Manager of Learning & LMS for the City of Toronto since October 2012. In this role, Leena leads the Learning & LMS team to enhance training services for the Toronto Public Service, focusing on program delivery, data management, and monitoring. Previous positions include Management Consultant for the People & Equity’s Talent Management System team, eCity Management Consultant, and LMS Lead at the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. Leena has contributed to various organizations, such as SickKids Hospital, Air Canada Technical Services, Parlay Entertainment, and Hostopia. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Technology from Ryerson University, a Masters Certificate in Training & Development from Schulich School of Business, and a Change Management Certificate from the City of Toronto.
