Maria Shibaeva-Escarraga

Maria Shibaeva-Escarraga, MBA, serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Gasner HealthTech since July 2023. With extensive experience in academia, Maria has held a lecturer position at the University of Toronto's Department of Management since 2009, focusing on various courses related to management and consulting. Additionally, Maria lectures at York University and serves as a guest speaker at Harvard Business School. As an independent strategic consultant, Maria provides expertise to organizations such as UNICEF and the City of Toronto while also acting as a strategic advisor for the African Impact Initiative. Maria's educational background includes an MBA from Durham University and a BBA from the University of Toronto.
