Matthew Lee

Matthew Lee is a seasoned transportation planner and project manager with extensive experience in data analysis and service strategy development. Currently serving as Project Manager for Transportation Data and Analytics at the City of Toronto since April 2022, previous roles include Manager of Service Strategies at Metrolinx, where responsibilities encompassed managing long-range service plans and developing business cases for transit needs. Earlier experiences include supervising service design at Durham Region Transit Commission and providing strategic transit planning at Steer Davies Gleave and GENIVAR. Matthew holds a Certificate in Data Analytics, Big Data, and Predictive Analytics from The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's in Transportation and Land Use Planning from the University of Waterloo.
