Philip Parker is an experienced planning and project management professional with a strong background in strategic initiatives, policy, and analysis. Since May 2013, Philip has held various positions within the City of Toronto, currently serving as Project Manager for Strategic Initiatives, where responsibilities include developing presentations for Council and researching transit trip generation figures to support Official Plan policies. Prior to this, Philip worked at the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing from 2008 to 2013, focusing on data collection and analysis for the Provincial Policy Statement and authoring research reports. Earlier experience includes a role at First Gulf Corporation, where Philip managed development approvals for commercial and industrial projects. Philip holds an Honours B.A. in Urban, Economic and Social Geography from the University of Toronto.
