Rebecca Wilkins

Rebecca Wilkins is an experienced leader in enterprise strategy and program management, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Strategy & Program Management for the City of Toronto since May 2024. Prior experience includes senior roles at Scotiabank overseeing program delivery and organizational change, and at CGI as Director of Consulting Services, where Rebecca managed large-scale programs and budgets exceeding $500 million.
