Frank Neves

Frank Neves has extensive law enforcement experience, serving as a Police Officer and later as a Police Sergeant with the City of Turlock since April 1996. Prior to this role, Frank served as a Police Officer with the City of Merced from March 1991 to April 1996. Frank holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Modesto Jr. College, completed between 1988 and 1992.
