Jaime Spear

Jaime Spear has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jaime'smost recent role is as the Human Resources Director for the City of Tybee Island since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist for the same company. From 2018 to 2021, Jaime served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Memorial Health. Jaime also held multiple positions at Memorial Health University Medical Center, including Manager of HR Operations, HRIS Analyst, Senior Employment Specialist, Employment Specialist, and Division Coordinator. Additionally, Jaime has experience as an Executive Director at Odd Jobs/Southeastern Refinishing and as a Store Manager at Palm Beach Tan.

Jaime Spear obtained a Bachelor's of Business degree in Marketing and Management from Savannah State University, where they attended from 2004 to 2006. Jaime later pursued higher education and completed an MBA in Business with a concentration in Health Administration at Georgia Southern University from 2010 to 2012.
