Chad Ritzler

Chad Ritzler is an experienced engineering technician working for the City of Upper Arlington since March 2016. Prior to this, Chad worked as an Engineer I at the City of Oregon and as a Construction Inspector at the City of Findlay. Chad also has experience as an Engineer Intern at the City of Oregon, Ohio. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology/Technician from The University of Toledo. Chad's expertise includes preparing and reviewing project plans, conducting inspections, performing topographical surveys, and preparing maps and drawings using AutoCAD and ArcMap.
