Troy DuBay possesses diverse experience in various roles spanning sales, service, coaching, and municipal employment. Currently, Troy is a City Employee for the City of Urbandale, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Troy served as a Sales and Service Representative at Heritage - Crystal Clean for three years and as a Route Sales Representative at Crystal Clear Water Company. Troy's career also includes a tenure as a Staffing Manager at Midwest Professional Staffing, which specializes in accounting and office administration placements. Additionally, Troy contributed as a Varsity Assistant Baseball Coach for Johnston Community School District, emphasizing athlete development and team management. Early experience includes a role as a Team and Corporate Sales Representative at Wee's Tees and an internship in Marketing and Promotions at Concordia University. Troy holds a degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business Administration from Concordia University, St. Paul, completed in 2012.
