Frank Facchini

Frank Facchini, P.Eng. possesses extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as Manager of Design & Construction and Project Manager at the City of Vaughan since June 2013. Prior to this role, Frank worked as a Senior Engineer at the City of Toronto from November 2002 to June 2013, and as a Pavement Engineer at John Emery Geotechnical Engineering Limited from September 1996 to November 2002. Frank earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto between 1992 and 1996.
