Rebecca Roach

Rebecca Roach, RPP, MCIP, serves as a Senior Planner at the City of Vaughan since July 2018, with prior roles including Planner and Planning Technician. Previous experience includes a Student Intern position at United Way Greater Toronto, focusing on community economic opportunities, and a Summer Student role at the Town of Whitby, where responsibilities encompassed preparing memos and public information related to downtown development. Rebecca has also worked as Director of Research for CivicSpark, managing research projects and teams, and as an Associate Planner at Evans Planning Inc., where duties included preparing planning reports and coordinating development applications. Education includes a Master of Science in Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Human and Physical Geography from the University of Toronto.
