Gabriel Gordo

Public Works Administrative Services Manager at City of Watsonville

Gabriel Gordo has over two decades of experience in public works and utilities management within the City of Watsonville. Since April 2016, Gordo has served as the Public Works Administrative Services Manager, overseeing several key divisions including Solid Waste, Customer Service, Water Services, Vehicle Maintenance, and Utility Billing, alongside the Municipal Services Center facility. Beginning in May 2005, Gordo has also held the role of Solid Waste Division Manager, responsible for the administration of the City's solid waste collection, disposal, and recycling services. Gordo's career in Watsonville started in 1996 with the Finance Department as a Senior Accounting Assistant, progressing to a Senior Administrative Analyst position in the Public Works and Utilities Department. Gordo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from San Jose State University.
