Paul Wolfgramm

Paul Wolfgramm is an experienced building inspector with a robust background in inspecting structures for code compliance, particularly in the context of commercial construction and HVAC systems. Since January 2022, Paul has served as a Building Inspector for the City of Wauwatosa, overseeing significant projects including a 147-unit apartment building and a 129,000 square foot hospital renovation. Prior to this role, Paul worked as a Plan Examiner with E-Plan Exam, reviewing numerous construction plans for compliance with building codes. With previous experience in the City of Milwaukee and at J.P. Cullen & Sons, Inc., Paul has developed a specialization in interior hospital renovations. Paul's early career includes leadership roles in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, where Paul honed team leadership skills, and foundational experience in construction as a Carpenter's Assistant and Intern at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
