Beth Mbow, PHR/SHRM-CP, has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and industries. Beth started their career in 2004 as an HR Assistant at Journal Broadcast Group. From there, they joined KeHE Distributors and gradually moved up the ranks, eventually becoming an HR Manager. In this role, they managed HR functions for the Milwaukee and Minneapolis branches, overseeing recruitment, labor relations, and compensation. Following this, they worked as an HR Representative at G&K Services, where they handled HR responsibilities for multiple locations, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. Currently, they are the HR Director at the City of Wauwatosa. In this position, they oversee all HR functions, manages a team of 6 HR professionals, and is responsible for areas such as compensation, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Beth Mbow, PHR/SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources and Business Spanish from the Lubar College of Business in 2003. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in human resources. In July 2013, they earned their PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Beth later obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in June 2015.
