Matt Ticzkus

Matt Ticzkus is an experienced educator and community leader currently serving as the Regional Director for the American Association of Christian Schools since July 2017, where oversight includes regional fine arts competitions and a study abroad program. Since May 2020, Matt has also been a City Council Member in Weatherford, focused on maintaining strong finances, solid infrastructure, and community safety. Previously, Matt held the position of President of the Texas Organization of Christian Schools since May 2011 and served as Administrator at Victory Baptist Academy from June 2008 to June 2017, significantly increasing enrollment during that time. Matt holds a Master of Arts in Christian School Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, a Master of Arts in Bible Exposition from Pensacola Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministries from Pensacola Christian College.
