Jay Webber

Jay Webber, MBA, currently serves as Site Development Manager at DISH Wireless Holding LLC since December 2020 and concurrently holds the position of Planning and Zoning Commissioner for the City of Wentzville, Missouri since 2012. With a diverse background in the telecommunications industry, Webber previously worked as a Senior Program Manager at Altice USA, overseeing complex broadband implementations and managing multimillion-dollar contracts. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Services at Excell Communications, President of the MoKan Wireless Association, Market Director at Black & Veatch, Senior Project Manager at WFI, Midwest Area Property Manager at Crown Castle, and Real Estate Development Manager at T-Mobile. Webber holds a BA in Justice from the University of Alaska Anchorage and an MBA in Marketing from Lindenwood University.
