Mike Carter is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as a 6X elected Municipal Judge for the City of Wentzville since April 2009, handling various cases including housing code violations, assault, stealing, DWI, traffic offenses, and harassment. Additionally, Mike has been affiliated with Hard & Constantly since January 2005, holding roles as Judge, General Counsel, and Attorney, focusing on decision-making, cooperation, and responsibility. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, as well as multiple advanced degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia, including two Master's degrees in Journalism and a JD in Law.
