Alexander Pike

Alexander Pike is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in user support and infrastructure management. Currently serving as an Information Technology Analyst and previously as an Information Technology Support Technician at the City of West Bend since June 2022, Alexander has also held positions at Kapco Metal Stamping as an Infrastructure Specialist and IT Help Desk Technician, and at Verso Corporation as an End User Support Specialist. Education includes an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Moraine Park Technical College, earned between 2013 and 2015. Alexander's expertise encompasses level one and two end user computing support, participation in IT merging projects, and management of health technology and security software.
