Stephanie Sikkema has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within city government.

Stephanie most recently worked at the City of West Covina as the Director of Finance since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant Director of Finance from March 2021 to January 2022.

Stephanie Sikkema obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University, which they completed between the years 2004 and 2008. Stephanie further pursued their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Houston, attending from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their academic achievements, Stephanie has also earned a certification as a Certified Government Finance Officer (CGFO) from the Government Finance Officers Association of Texas. Furthermore, they enrolled at the University of Oklahoma to study Economic Development Institute (OUEDI), where they completed their studies in 2019, although the specific degree obtained is not mentioned.
