Zimmerman Amy

Zimmerman Amy has extensive experience in technology support and coordination, currently serving as an IT Help Desk Technician for the City of West Fargo since January 2023 and as Assistant Technology Coordinator for Kindred Public Schools since June 2020. Prior to these roles, Zimmerman worked as a Tech Support Technician for West Fargo Public Schools from July 2005 to June 2020. Zimmerman Amy holds multiple degrees in Information Technology, including an Associate in Information Technology from MSTATE, an Associate of Science in Information Technology from Minnesota State Community and Technical College, as well as additional associate degrees in marketing, management, and business management marketing and sales. Responsibilities include assisting students and staff with technology needs and conducting repairs, while actively exploring new software options to enhance efficiency.
