Currently serving as President of APA California since January 2023, Andrea leads an influential network dedicated to advancing planning in California. In the role of Community Development Director for the City of West Sacramento since August 2021, Andrea oversees multiple departmental functions including Planning, Building, Development Engineering, and Sustainability. Previous positions include Director of Community Development for the City of Concord and Community and Economic Development Director for the City of Vallejo. Andrea's extensive background encompasses various roles in significant municipalities and organizations, complemented by an MPA in Public Administration from California State University - East Bay and a BS in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
