Cindy Tuttle

Cindy Tuttle has extensive experience in public service and relations, currently serving as the retired Parks and Recreation Director for the City of West Sacramento since January 2016. Prior to retirement, Tuttle worked for Yolo County from April 2007 to January 2016 in various roles, including Intergovernmental Relations Manager and Manager of Natural Resources, where responsibilities included the implementation of the Cache Creek Area Plan and addressing water, flood, and energy policies. Tuttle's earlier career includes serving as Political & Public Relations Director for Operating Engineers Local Union 3, the largest construction trades union in the U.S., and as a Council Member and Mayor for the City of West Sacramento from 1992 to 1996. Educationally, Tuttle earned an Associate of Arts degree in Fine Arts from Sacramento City College.
