Belle Morgan

Belle Morgan has over three decades of professional experience, currently serving as a Community Service Officer for the City of Wichita Falls since May 2013. Prior to this role, Belle worked at the Wichita Falls Police Department in 2013 and gained extensive volunteer experience with the Junior League of Wichita Falls from 1999 to 2013. Additionally, Belle managed a FedEx Office location from August 1987 to April 2011, overseeing all aspects of the copying and shipping facility. Belle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Kansas, earned between 1982 and 1987, with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
