Adam J. Yoder

Adam J. Yoder has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Adam started their career in the Building Technology & Solutions Industry, where they held various roles and achieved significant growth in financial performance and customer satisfaction. In 2020, they became an elected member of the Williamsburg City Council, responsible for legislative efforts and budgets. In 2021, Adam joined Penn College Workforce Development as a Workforce Development Consultant, specializing in industrial training. Additionally, in 2023, they became a member of the MetroLab Network's Generative AI for Local Governments Task Force, applying their expertise in municipal legislative and doctoral applied research.

Adam J. Yoder holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, which they obtained from 2022 to 2025. Adam also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business, earned between 2016 and 2019. Adam received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Pennsylvania College of Technology, completed from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, they pursued Graduate Studies in Government and Political Science at The Johns Hopkins University in 2014. Before that, they obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies from Mifflin County School District from 2001 to 2005. Adam has also acquired several certifications, including being a Certified Trainer - MT1, MS, an MS - Manufacturing Specialist, an MT1 - Manufacturing Technician 1, and completing a course on Communicating with Emotional Intelligence from LinkedIn, all obtained in 2022.
