Saskia Cohick

Saskia Cohick, GISP, has significant experience in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), currently serving as the Stormwater GIS Manager for the City of Wilmington, NC since August 2014. Additionally, Saskia has been the GIS Consultant and President at SLC Global since August 2005, overseeing project management, data compilation, enterprise GIS system administration, and other vital responsibilities for clients primarily in emergency services. Earlier career experience includes serving as the GIS Director for Tioga County from June 2001 to August 2005, where Saskia established an enterprise GIS department and coordinated with various stakeholders to enhance data accessibility across county departments. Educational credentials include a Master of Geographic Information Systems (MGIS) from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies with minors in Cartography and Biology from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
