Zachary Nicol

Zachary Nicol possesses diverse experience in both public safety and real estate. Currently serving as a Police Officer and previously as a Police Trainee at the City of Wilmington, NC since June 2023, Zachary has also worked as a Real Estate Broker for Carolina Lakes Lakeside Realty since June 2022. In addition, Zachary has been involved with the Wrightsville Beach Fire Department Ocean Rescue since May 2018, participating in over 80 ocean rescues and ensuring beach safety by enforcing ordinances. Previous roles include REALTOR® at Keller Williams Preferred Realty, a Personal Vehicle Driver for UPS during the holiday season, and a Lifeguard Manager at Pool Specialists, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed team supervision and pool management. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, completed in 2020, and a high school diploma from Leesville Road High School, awarded in 2016.
