Eddie McClellan serves as a Public Safety Officer at Shenandoah University since May 2020 and has held the position of Deputy Chief with the City of Winchester since July 2012, where responsibilities include coordinating EMS activities, overseeing EMS billing, and managing the Exposure Control Program.
