Samuel Haraseb

Samuel Haraseb serves as the Technical Director at TerraWatt Africa Holdings Pty Ltd since April 2021, and as Section Engineer for Project Management at the City of Windhoek since April 2012, focusing on private infrastructure development and managing SME development programs. As Executive Director of the Community Empowerment and Development Association (CEDA), Samuel Haraseb has led initiatives for community development, economic empowerment, and human rights advocacy since January 2005. Additional roles include Acting Group GM and Business Manager in plant hire, where management of equipment maintenance systems and strategies for profitability were primary responsibilities. Samuel Haraseb also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Innovative Financial Services cc from December 2015 to July 2024, specializing in financial solutions within Sub-Saharan Africa, and previously worked as a Senior Planning Engineer with Namibia Water Corporation and Technical Engineer at Rossing Uranium Limited. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town and a Senior Management Development Programme from Stellenbosch University.
