Jennifer Coey serves as the Senior Project Engineer in the Water & Waste Department's Asset Management Branch for the City of Winnipeg since September 2025. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at the City of Brandon, MB, as the Manager of Strategic Infrastructure in the Engineering Department from September 2019 to August 2025, and at the City of Winnipeg in multiple capacities, including Project Engineer for Wastewater Planning and Project Delivery and Strategic Investment Project Engineer. Jennifer began a career in engineering with Manitoba Hydro, contributing as Technical Support for Customer Engineering and previously as a Ground Tester for Line Maintenance. Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biosystems Engineering, specializing in Environmental Engineering from the University of Manitoba from 2009 to 2014.
