Johnson Aina, P.Eng., PMP®, currently serves as a Project Manager for Facilities Contracts and Maintenance at the City of Winnipeg since August 2023, while also being a Managing Partner at HayJay Distinct Consult Limited, providing consulting services in graduate school funding and academic advisory since 2012. Previous roles include Senior Engineer and Technical Project Manager at MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc., Development and Project Engineer at StandardAero, and Quality and Reliability Engineer at Motor Coach Industries, where significant project achievements included leading initiatives that saved over $10 million. A background in academic research includes positions as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Manitoba and Howard University, focusing on aerospace superalloy weldability.
