Lisa Patterson

Lisa Patterson is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations & Facilities for the City of Winnipeg since October 2022, Lisa previously held the position of Manager, Airport Operations at Winnipeg Airports Authority from June 2013 to October 2022, specializing in airport and airfield operations with an emphasis on land-side operations and revenue management. Prior to these roles, Lisa worked as an airline pilot for Air Georgian Limited and demonstrated leadership as a Training Pilot - Captain at Carson Air, where responsibilities included training and safety oversight. Lisa's aviation career began with roles at Perimeter Aviation, encompassing instruction and medevac services. Educational credentials include a degree in Aviation Management from the University of British Columbia - Okanagan, obtained between 1998 and 2000.
