Amanda-Jo Nicholson Iom

Amanda-Jo Nicholson IOM currently serves as the Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Winter Haven since April 2021. Previously, Amanda-Jo held the position of Vice President of Member Services at the Greater Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce from June 2009 to April 2021, where innovative strategies were developed to meet the needs of members and advance the Chamber's mission. Amanda-Jo has significant experience as Managing Director at Govoni International from January 2005 to June 2009, where operations were managed for a trans-continental workforce and a $1 million budget. Earlier career roles at Barclays UK Retail and Business Bank included positions such as Regional Sales, Training and Compliance Manager, National Business Development Executive, and Branch Manager, all focused on sales strategy, compliance, and performance improvement. Amanda-Jo is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organizational Management (2012-2015).
