Kimberly Aviles

Kimberly Aviles, M.S., SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at the City of Winter Springs, beginning in October 2023. Prior experience includes various HR roles at Norsk Hydro from June 2018 to September 2023, where responsibilities encompassed employee onboarding, recruitment, and compliance training. At The Center for Applied Criminal Case Analysis from August 2014 to May 2019, contributions included developing report systems and conducting data analysis using SPSS. Kimberly's educational background features a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology, both from Florida Institute of Technology.
