Manuel Cardoza

Manuel Cardoza is an experienced law enforcement professional and educator with a diverse background in policing, real estate, and business ownership. Currently serving as a Police Sergeant for the City of Winters since January 2022, Cardoza also holds adjunct professor positions at both Los Rios Community College District and Yuba College. Prior to these roles, Cardoza was a Sergeant at Marysville Police Department and served in various capacities at the West Sacramento Police Department and Placerville Police Department. In addition to law enforcement, Cardoza has been a realtor at Tower Real Estate Broker and previously at two other real estate firms, and has owned Porchlight Brewing Company since 2017. Cardoza holds a Master's degree in Police Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of the Cumberlands.
