Robert James is the IT Director at City of Woodbury since November 2003. Prior to that, Robert worked at The Dow Chemical Company as an IS Supervisor and at Dow Chemical - FilmTec subsidiary as an IT Project Manager/Supervisor. Robert also served as an IS Systems Administrator at FilmTec Corporation and as an Information Services Coordinator at Dorsey & Whitney LLP. Robert holds an MBA in Information Services Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BS in Technical Communications from the University of Minnesota.
