Mark Titelbaum

Mark Titelbaum currently serves as the Director of Benefits for the City of Worcester since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Benefits Manager at Prime Automotive Group from February 2019 to July 2021, Human Resources Contractor at YMCA of Greater Boston from May 2018 to January 2019, and Manager of ADA & Leaves at MBTA from September 2016 to September 2017. Mark also held the position of Field Account Manager at UnitedHealth Group for a short term in 2015 and served as Benefits Manager at Ocean State Job Lot from November 2005 to September 2015. Mark Titelbaum holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Bentley University and a Certificate in Public Relations from Emerson College.
