Patrick Waterman

Patrick Waterman is an experienced municipal leader currently serving as Deputy City Manager for the City of Wyoming, MI, since August 2023. Prior roles include Deputy County Administrator for Ottawa County and City Manager for the City of Hudsonville, where responsibilities included managing 11 departments and a $10.3 million budget. Waterman has a robust background in community development, having served as Community Development Director for Grand Haven Charter Township, and has experience as a Project Planner with LSL Planning and Urban Planner/Designer with HNTB. Waterman holds a Master of Public Administration from Grand Valley State University, a Bachelor of Science in Urban & Regional Planning from Michigan State University, and an Associate of Science in Geographic Resource & Environmental Technology from Lansing Community College.
