Justine Gill, MBA, is a Project Manager at Gill Property Development, LLC. Justine is also a Planning Commissioner at the City of Yuba City. Justine has previous experience as a Clinical Research Assistant at UCSF Aging, Metabolism, & Emotion Center, and as a Violence, Intervention, and Prevention Intern at UC Santa Barbara CARE Office. Justine holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from California State University, Chico, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology with a minor in Applied Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.

The City of Yuba City was established in 1849 and incorporated in 1908 and provides a variety of municipal services. These include but are not limited to Police, Park, Parks & Rec, Public Works, Water, Waster Water, Economic Development and Finance. Yuba City is home to Sunsweet Prunes and a variety of other agriculturall based businesses and as such is known as Northern California's Agricultural Hub. Historically the City has also been called the "Peach Bowl of the World" and the"Prune Capital of the World."
