Agnese Karlsone

Agnese Karlsone has extensive work experience in various managerial roles within the customer service and banking industries. Agnese currently holds the position of Head of Customer Service at City Service, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Lecturer at Biznesa augstskola Turība | Turiba University from September 2013 to December 2021. Agnese also held managerial roles at PNB Banka, Luminor Group, BALTA part of PZU Group, and Seesam Insurance AS Latvijas filiāle, where they were responsible for overseeing branch operations.
