Isabella Tam

Isabella Tam has extensive work experience in human resources and management roles. Isabella started their career as a Retail Sales Associate at Esprit in 1990. Isabella then worked as an Operations Officer at MUJI from 1996 to 1998. In 1999, they joined City Super Limited as an HR and Training Manager before moving on to become the Regional Director of Human Resources at J.V. Fitness Ltd. (Trading as California Fitness, mYoga and Leap) in 2004. Isabella then worked as the Human Resources Director at Inditex from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Head of Human Resources and Learning & Development at City Super Limited.

Isabella TAM has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales. Isabella also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management from RMIT University, where they graduated with Distinction. Additionally, Isabella has an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Jiyugaoka Sanno College. Isabella has also obtained the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1 certification.
