Nelson Siu

Nelson Siu is an experienced professional in the ecommerce and operations sectors, currently serving as Manager of Ecommerce at City Super Limited since April 2023. Previously, Nelson held the position of Manager in Warehouse Operations for Deliveroo HOP, where responsibilities included launching the service in Hong Kong and localizing operational procedures. Nelson's earlier tenure at City Super Limited spanned from February 2016 to March 2022, progressing through various roles including Assistant Manager of Fresh Food, where leadership involved overseeing a team of over 40 staff and enhancing operational efficiency. Beginning as the youngest member of the store operation management team, Nelson demonstrated a strong capability in maintaining service standards and addressing customer needs.
