Terry Megli

Dr. Terry Megli, D.Min, is a seasoned executive in nonprofit leadership, currently serving as the CEO and Executive Director of City Union Mission since September 2005, where previous roles included Associate Chief Executive Officer, Director of Family Ministries, and New Life Program Administrator. Dr. Megli has also contributed to higher education as an adjunct professor at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary from January 2011 to December 2017. Dr. Megli holds a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min) in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Divinity (M.Div) in Preaching/Leadership Development, both from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from John Brown University.
