Nermina Draco

Nermina Draco is an experienced librarian with a strong background in academic support and library management. Currently serving as an Academic Librarian at City University College - Qatar since September 2020, Nermina provides assistance to the academic team and students, focusing on reference inquiries and Information Literacy skills development. Prior experience includes working as a School Librarian at Newton Group of Schools from November 2017 to August 2020, where Nermina managed the library, implemented a Library Management System, and contributed significantly to the school curriculum as noted in a British overseas school inspection report. Earlier in Nermina's career, an internship at the College of the North Atlantic - Qatar involved observing daily library and Learning Commons operations. Nermina holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Studies from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Human Sciences, specializing in Psychology, from the International Islamic University Malaysia.
