Ariella Trotsenko serves as the Director of the New York City Innovation Hot Spot since July 2021, providing business incubation services, including SBIR/STTR proposal assistance and advising startups on regulatory strategies. Ariella also holds the position of Executive Manager at The City University of New York's Industrial & Applied Research Incubator, where the role involves collaboration with the New York I-Corps Hub. As a Lean LaunchPad Instructor for the National Science Foundation, Ariella contributes to business model lectures and customer discovery coaching. Additionally, participation as an adjunct instructor for various cohorts demonstrates a commitment to education in entrepreneurship. Ariella previously taught a custom elective on entrepreneurship at Manhattan High School for Girls and has experience as a fellow in both the U.S. House of Representatives and the New York City Council. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Public and International Affairs, Computer Information Systems, and Business Administration from Macaulay Honors College and Baruch College.
